Few would doubt that separation and divorce are extremely painful. It's a confusing stressful time, filled with questions and uncertainty. DivorceCare provides a safe place for those experiencing separation and divorce to receive guidance and support in one of the most difficult seasons in life.

Each DivorceCare session includes three important components:

• A 30 to 40 minute video seminar that features experts in the field of divorce and recovery
• Group time - to discuss video, to listen to what has been going on in the lives of group members, and to provide guidance, encouragement, and support
• Workbook - to be used during the week for personal study, growth, and group discussion

Sessions Include:

Session 1: "What's happening to me?"
Session 2: "The Road to Healing/Finding Help"
Session 3: "Facing My Anger"
Session 4: "Facing My Depression"
Session 5: "Facing My Loneliness"
Session 6: "What Does the Owner's Manual Say?"
Session 7: "New Relationships"
Session 8: "Financial Survival"
Session 9: "Kid Care"
Session 10: "Single Sexuality"
Session 11: "Forgiveness"
Session 12: "Reconciliation"
Session 13: "Moving On, Growing Closer to God"
