The Evangelism Team is a group that seeks and saves the lost through both equipping Christians with the skills to Biblically present the Gospel message and to provide "fishing trips" and group opportunities to proclaim the Gospel one-on-one and in larger settings. What a joy and a privilege to share the most glorious message that can fall on human ears - the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

The Evangelism Team is open to everyone (you do not have to be a member of Riverland Hills) and we encourage you to be a part of this exciting and joy-filled experience as we proclaim the Gospel to a world that desperately needs to hear it. We meet at least once a week to share the gospel in areas of Columbia such as malls, parks, concerts and expos.

In addition if you or your church would like to be provided with training, we would be thrilled to talk with you about providing training for your group!

If you've found witnessing to be "scary" or intimidating this group is just for you! The team provides exciting training on Biblical evangelistic techniques and meets regularly to share experiences and build one another up. We're also a hub for prayer as we pray the Lord will open hearts and grant repentance and faith to those who hear the Gospel. Whether you're a seasoned evangelist or never witnessed before, come be a part of the Evangelism Team.
