Winifred Rodgers
Music Ministry Assistant


Winifred is a native of Beaufort, SC and a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in English. She has worked in churches for over 27 years and has a love for people. She enjoys scuba diving and earned her Master of Scuba Diving Certificate in July and loves to snow ski in the winter. She is the Contestants Coordinator for the Miss South Carolina Scholarship Organization and loves to spend time doing cross stitch. Since 2003 she has lived in Irmo, where she currently resides with her 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 bird. Winifred is thrilled to be on staff at Riverland Hills Baptist Church.









Suzanne Lee
Director of Children’s Music Ministry


Suzanne has served Riverland Hills Baptist Church for 20 years where her focus has always been children's choirs. She coordinates our five children’s choirs and two handbell groups. She is also Director of our annual Summer Music Camp. A graduate of Carson-Newman College and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, she's led churches in NC, Kentucky, and SC. A public school music teacher, she has years of experience leading choirs and music camp. She and her husband, Reverend David Lee, are parents to Elloa Davis, and Kristin Fish, and the proud grandparents of Addison Davis.











Cindy Burn
Church Pianist


Cindy received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education and Piano Pedagogy from Winthrop University and has been the church pianist at Riverland Hills for 20 years. She began her teaching career in the Upstate and continued her studio here in the Midlands until 2004. She is the founding Director of our Music Ministry Studios of Riverland Hills Baptist Church and served in that position from 2004-2014. Her work at RHBC includes serving 15 years as Handbell Ministry director and accompanying various choirs.

In addition, she is the Keyboard Consultant for the South Carolina Baptist Convention. She has been a presenter at Lifeway Church Music Leadership Conference in Ridgecrest, N.C. and served as adjudicator in a number of piano festivals and scholarship competitions in upstate South Carolina and Columbia.
She and her husband, Dr. William Burn, live in Ballentine and are proud grandparents to Violet, Charlie and Henry.


Lucinda Brandt


Lucinda graduated from Westminster Choir College with a degree in Church Music, majoring in voice and minored in piano and organ. She has served in New Jersey, Virginia, Florida, and South Carolina in roles including Director of Music ministries overseeing and directing adult, children and handbell choirs and as organist.  In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy RV’ing, cycling, hiking and caring for their farm animals.

Dianne Mirmow

Dianne is a graduate of Columbia College here in town and has enjoyed serving churches in South Carolina, Georgia, and Texas. She also teaches music at Union United Methodist Church Preschool. She has two daughters and when she isn't moving them from one apartment to another, she likes to read, shag, and garden.
