OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

Box pick up: Sunday, October 8
Box drop off: Sunday, November 12

Since 1993 Operation Christmas Child has shared the love of Jesus with more than 113 million children around the world. Subsequently, many Riverland Hills families and groups have given shoeboxes packed with Good News and great joy.

This year we want to spread the joy of sharing God’s love with everyone! Beginning Sunday, October 8, we will have an Operation Christmas Child table near the Grand Staircase. Stop by to pick up an empty shoebox along with ideas for filling it with fun! You can choose to pack your box for a boy or girl, 2-14 years old. Kids, families and Bible study groups will all enjoy packing a shoebox! You can even include a personal note and photo.

A $9 donation needs to be included to cover shipping costs. Boxes will be collected near the Grand Staircase on Sunday, November 12. Let’s see how many shoeboxes Riverland Hills can pack! Every box offers an opportunity to share the love of Christ with a needy child.

Here’s a story of how shoeboxes can change lives:
