Josh serves as the Modern Worship Pastor and has been at Riverland Hills since 2012. He has a passion to serve the church in planning Christ-centered worship services, and equipping leaders and musicians to lead our gatherings excellently. He is married to Kristin and they have four children– Judah, Ella, Shepherd, and Ruth.
“Music has always been a huge part of my life and since middle school I knew playing music was what I should pursue. But while in college, the Lord impressed upon me a purpose to reach people, teach people, and grow leaders in their gifting to build the Church. I am a testimony to the Word of God, ‘For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.’ – Ephesians 2:10 (ESV).”

Daniel. In the beginning we witness God’s miraculous provision and see Him watching over his people even in their captivity. I want to have the boldness of Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah. But the second half is equally encouraging, because the main point is this: Kings, rulers, armies and nations will come and go as God has appointed, but the Lord Jesus Christ will one day come back for His kingdom and He shall reign forever!
