Steve serves as Executive Director of Business and Operations and has been at Riverland Hills since 2014. His passion is to serve the church and minister to the body through practical and operational support. Steve is married to Sue and they have one daughter, Leanna Ashley.
“I became a Christian at the age of 40. Not long after, God led me to my life’s verse, Joshua 24:15 ‘choose this day whom you will serve, … But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.’
For me the emphasis is not really on the word ‘choose’ but on the word ‘serve’. If we choose but don’t serve, what really does that amount to? I am passionate about serving. I am humbled that God called me out of retirement to serve here at Riverland Hills.”
