Jordan serves Riverland Hills as our Missions and College Equipping Pastor. He and his wife Olivia are from the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The Caddells have been married since 2023, and they both share a love for missions mobilization.
Jordan came to us from Raleigh in 2024 to serve as our College and Young Adult Pastor. During his time in this role, he led our College students to high missional engagement. He has a passion for the fulfillment of the Great Commission through the local church and is looking forward to mobilizing people of all ages and stages within our church body.
“While in college, I had the privilege of serving with North Carolina Baptists in student mobilization. During those summers, the Lord stirred in me a clear call to serve the local church by teaching, discipling, and equipping people to reach their neighbors and the world with the good news of Jesus Christ. As the Lord has grown me in ministry, my passion for missions mobilization to partners around the world has grown as well. I’m driven especially by the vision Jesus gives John in Revelation 5.”

The Gospel According to John comes to mind, simply because it offers such a clear picture of who Jesus is. I might also say Ephesians, because of its clear message of redemption in Christ alone and the unity of God’s people to one another in Christ.
